thefts. darlene early was on the charges by about three under dollars at the food depot -- $300. an internal affairs investigation is underway. a student is arrested after posting an internet threat. 19-year-old alexander song wrote about a rampage of killing. he was taken for a psychiatric evaluation. he faces a misdemeanor charge of disturbing school activities. >> there is reaction in washington to what afghanistan describes as the senseless murders of 16 civilians by a soldier.
